Welcome to Marquise Jewellery. By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is simple. Browse our store and add items to your shopping cart. At checkout, you will be asked for the details necessary to complete your order. We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal Payment Services. You may also pay using a PayPal account.
Contract of Sale
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.
Purchase Price & VAT
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current UK rate of VAT (20%) is included in the prices shown on the screen.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment processing. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Shipping & Handling Terms
Combined Postage: When you buy identical items at one time and have them shipped to the same address, you will pay full postage and packing for the first item and receive discounted P&P for additional identical items.
Payment Methods: We do not accept payment by personal cheque or postal order.
Proof of Delivery: You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
